What to do in case there are questions left unanswered…

For complete description of the website's features we've prepared an information section. After getting yourself acquainted with it, you will possible find all answers you are looking for. But if not, remember that you may also ask them at the conferences section, in the specially created topic called «User support»

If you see an error, a mistake or have noticed that the website is acting weirdly, please fell free to use the feedback form to contact our administrators.

Why to register?

Only after registration a user will be able to:

• comment on articles ;
• vote for publications
• receive news issues vie email
• and do many, many other things

How do I register here?

To create a new account, please visit the «Registration» section (see the main page of the website, to the left, right below the information menu).

On the page to create a new account, please fill in the following margins:

• User name . Should consist only of Latin symbols (A-Z, a-z), numbers (0-9) and the «_» sign; should be no shorter than 3 and no longer than 25 symbols;
• Email address (used for news dispatches or for service messages from the administration, and will never be accessible by other users)
• Password (no shorter than 6 symbols)

When you are done, you will receive a letter with information on your registration. Inside you will find a link, following which will finish the registration process.

How do I log in?

You may log in from any webpage of the site. In order to do so, input you username and the password chosen while registering.

How do I recover my password?

There's a special page for password recovery. To use it, just click the link «Recover my password» on the authorization screen and fill in all margins needed. The system will send a letter containing a link, clicking on which will make it possible to choose a NEW password.

How do I subscribe to «Trade news» or any other dispatch?

You have to be a REGISTERED user to receive dispatches. If you haven't registered yet, please do it on the registration page. After that jump to the «Subscription management» section and place ticks against dispatches you are interested in.

How do I unsubscribe from dispatches?

There are two way to unsubscribe from dispatches:

1. Either to open any issue and to click the «Unsubscribe» link at the very bottom
2. Or to go directly to your cabinet and press the «Subscription management» link

Either way, you will be automatically logged into the system, thus being able to see the list of dispatches you are subscribed to. Erase ticks from those of them you don't want to receive anymore.

It looks like there's a mistake on the website

If you've found a «bug», a mistake or anything, or you see that the site is acting weirdly, you may inform the manager via email manager@retail.ru ot through the conferences section (there's a special topic created, called «mistake on the website»). We'll do our best to fix everything working incorrectly.
